Our Mission Statement:

Our Goal at Mercantile on State is to curate a space for local artists/ makers to sell and promote their work. We provide a space for artists to find success with their work, and help you reach a larger audience. We believe in the importance of shopping and supporting locals, and our collection offers high quality, handmade, meaningful, one of a kind, unique pieces made here in Utah.

Food vendors:

Must have a commercial food license or cottage food license, and a food handlers permit. Please email us a copy of your license and food handlers, or present them to us in person.

Vendor/Sales Agreement:

We don’t require a booth fee to sell at the Mercantile on State, but we will take a 30% commission on any product sold in our space. Artists will receive 70% of the sales and will be required to post, promote and advertise their work at the Mercantile on State. We will handle all sales in the store and provide a space for you to display your product, but you will have to provide any additional display items, such as frames, frame stands, organizers, stands, etc. We will also provide a way for you to track your inventory in the store. Any promotional sales will need to be communicated and displayed.
